Structure, characteristics and form of welding robot workstation
The welding robot and other components are assembled into a welding robot workstation, which is the most critical part of the robot. In addition, there are welding electromagnets, fixtures, gun cleaning systems, security fences and their displacement equipment, walking equipment, rotating websites and other peripheral equipment. The effective composition design of those components can take into account the different characteristics and manufacturing requirements of the product.
Compared with the general automatic welding machine, the most significant characteristics of the welding robot manipulator are safe, precise, stable and excellent, and the electric welding of various workpieces is carried out in different ways. Because in the specific production, the workpiece must be deformed when welding, so that the welding can be welded under a good position. The structure of welding robot includes two parts: robot and welding equipment. The robot consists of a robot body and a control cabinet (hardware and software).
The welding equipment, taking arc welding and spot welding as an example, is composed of welding power supply, (including its control system), wire feed machine (arc welding), welding gun (pliers) and other parts. For intelligent robots, there should also be sensing systems, such as laser or camera sensors and their control devices.
